摘    要:目的:分析某医院手术切口感染的铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布和耐药情况,为有效防治切口感染铜绿假单胞菌提供依据。方法:选取某院收集的手术切口分泌物中检出并鉴定为铜绿假单胞菌的切口感染病例进行临床分布与耐药性分析。结果:5年期间手术切口感染分泌物中分离获得的铜绿假单胞菌株例数逐年增加;普外科感染发生率最高;菌株对多黏菌素B的敏感性最高,对亚胺培南的耐药率较其他药物均低。结论:手术切口感染铜绿假单胞菌的发生率和对常规抗菌药物的耐药率呈逐年上升趋势,应结合分布特点和药物敏感程度指导临床采取有效措施,降低感染发生率和耐药率。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in surgical incision infection, so as to provide the basis for effective prevention and treatment of incision infection.METHODS The clinical distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in surgical incision secretion collected from a hospital were analyzed.RESULTS During five years, the number of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains isolated from surgical incision infection increased year by year;the incidence of general surgical infection was the highest;the strains had the highest sensitivity to polymyxin B, and the resistance rate to imipenem was lower than other drugs.CONCLUSION The incidence and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in surgical incision infection increase year by year. We should take effective measures to reduce the rates of infection and drug resistance according to the clinical distribution and drug sensitivity of strains.
