十堰市11年流脑流行病学监测结果分析

目的：掌握流脑在人群中发生，发展的动态规律，为制订防治对策提供可靠依据。方法：于1989年开始对本市健康人群的抗体水平，菌群变迁，本病流行周期及其发病关系进行了调查。结果：1574份健康人群血清IgG抗体GMRT（血清中和抗体）为1：10．29，其阳性率为77．32％，小年龄组血清抗体水平最低，大年龄组较高；而脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌（Nm)带菌则各年龄组均有，大年龄组高于小年龄组但差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论：通过监测证明，本市流脑发病仍以A群Nm为主，自1995年大量接种流脑菌苗后抗体水平比片年有所提高，但仍有22．68％为阴性，提示：加强预防接种效果的观察，进一步提高菌苗接种率，控制疾病的发生很有必要。

Analysis of epdemiological supervision on epidemic encephalitis in Shi Yan in 11 years

[Objective] To master the dynamic law of the rising and development of epidemic encephalitis. [Method] Since 1989, investigations have been carried out to get healthy people's antibody level, flora vicissitudes, epidemic cycle and its pathogenic relations. [Result]In the 1574 cases of normal healthy people serum, the rate of IgG antibody is 1:10:29, with positive rate of 77 .32% . Young group has the lowest serum antibody level, while the elder group has the highest. All groups carries Nm, with slightly more in elder group than in the young one (p > 0. 05 ) . [ Conclusion ] The surveillance shows that the pathogenesis is group A with Nm mainly. Since large number of people were vaccinated from 1995 , antibody level has been developed, but still with 22.68% negative. We suggest,that it is vital to keep close watch of the effect of the vaccination and to increase the rate of vaccination in order to keep the disease into control.
