针刺牵引理疗综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症196例疗效观察

目的观察针刺牵引理疗综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将 196例腰椎间盘突出的患者随机分成两组。观察组 116例 ,用针刺牵引理疗综合治疗 ;对照组 80例用牵引理疗治疗。结果两组总有效率无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。两组间治愈率差别有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,观察组治愈率 89.6 % ,明显优于对照组 6 2 .5 %。结论针刺牵引理疗综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的效果。

Curative Effect on 196 Cases of Inter-Vertebral Disk Displacement with Acupuncture and Traction Integrated Physiotherapy

Objective To observe the curative effect on inter-vertebral disk displacement with acupuncture and traction integrated physiotherapy.Methods 196 patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group(n=116) and comparison group(n=80).The patients of observation group were treated with the acupuncture and traction integrated physiotherapy,while the patients of comparison group were treated only with traction therapy. Results There was no obvious difference between the efficasies of two groups (P>0.05).But the cure rate in observation group(89.6%)was distinctively different to that in comparison group(62.5%,P<0.05).Conclusion The compound treatment with acupuncture and traction integrated physiotherapy has significant curative effect on inter-vertebral disk displacement.
