全髋关节置换术后早期并发症分析及防治

目的：探讨分析全髋置换术后早期并发症的原因和防治策略。方法：回顾性分析我院53例全髋置换术的临床资料。结果：术后早期并发症共9例中低钾血症3例，脱位2例，肺部感染1例，急性肾功能不全1例，坐骨神经损伤1例，髋部浅表感染1例。9例均为围手术期管理不当所致，经及时治疗均未导致严重后果。结论：围手术期管理不当是全髋关节置换术后早期并发症发生的主要原因，早期治疗，预后良好。

Analysis of early complications after total hip replacement

Objective：To explore and analyze the causes of early complications after total hip replacement and its preventions and treatments. Methods：The clinic data of 53 patients underwent total hip replacement were analyzed. Results：Early complications after total hip replacement occurred in 14 cases：6 eases with hypokalaemia, 2 cases with hip dislocation, 2 cases with pulmonary infection, 2 eases with acute renal insufficiency, l case with sciatic nerve injury and one case with superficial infection. AU the 14 complieatlons were caused by inappropriate perioperative treatments. All the early complications did not lead to serious consequences after early treatment. Conclusion：Inappropriate perloperative treatments are the chief reasons of early complications after total hip replacement. Early treatments give satisfactory outcomes
