| Abstract: | Foraminal lumbar disc herniation is a rare condition in the lumbar disc herniation,There are four
characteristics in the diagnosis:1.severe intractable pain in the leg. 2.the motor or sensory defects
in the area which nerve supplied.3.not relieve of pain after the lumbar disc operation,4.CT
examination can help the final diagnosis. The details of diagnosis,operative procedure and the
outcome are discussed in this paper. |
