| 摘 要： | 本文复习了２０５例已手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出的症病人的术前Ｘ线表现，结果提示深 Ｌ５发生Ｌ４－５椎间盘突出的可能性增高，而高骑Ｌ５则与Ｌ５－Ｓ１椎间盘出有关，腰骶移行椎的发生率较正常人显著增高，而腰骶角的病理意义尚难确定。

| Abstract: | .The preoperative lumbar spine radiograms of 205 patients who had undergone discectomy for
prolapsed intervertebral disc were reviewed in this paper.The results indicated that
deep-seated L5 was associated with high likehood of prolapse at L 4/5,whereas high-riding L5
was associated with prolapse at L5/S1,The incidence of transitional vertebrae at the
lumbosacral junction in this group was significantly higher than normal. Pathological value of
the lumbosacral angle was not identified. |
