乳腺癌C-erbB-2的表达与淋巴结转移的关系及其临床意义

目的探讨C-erbB-2蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达与淋巴结转移及其预后关系。方法采用免疫组化方法(二步法)检测83例乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白的表达。结果83例乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2阳性表达48例,阳性率为57.83%,有淋巴结转移阳性表达占69.81%(37/53),无淋巴结转移阳性表达占36.67%(11/30),两者相比有显著性差异;C-erbB-2阳性者与阴性相比,3年生存率有显著性差异。结论C-erbB-2阳性表达在乳腺癌淋巴结转移中起到一定作用,可作为拟定术后较合理治疗方案及判断乳腺癌预后的一个重要指标。

Correlation Between Expression of C-erbB-2 Protein and Metastasis of Lymph Node In Breast Cancer and Its Clinic Significance

Objective To investigate the correlation between expression of C-erbB-2 protein and the metastasis of lymph node in breast cancer and its prognosis.Methods Use immunohistochemical method(Two step method) to detect theexpression of C-erbB-2 protein in breast cancer.Results 48 cases among 83 cases ofbreast cancers showed positive expression.The general positive rate was 57.8%.The positive rate was(69.8%)(37/53cases) in group with positive lymph node metastasis,while only 36.7%(11/30 cases) in nonlymph node metastasis group.The difference were statistically meaningful(P<0.05).Also,the 3-year survival rate showed significant difference between C-erbB-2 positive expression group andnegative group.Conclusions The positive expression of C-erbB-2 play a role in lylmph node metastasis and can become a important sample in judging the prognosis of breast cancer and beciding reasonable treatment program after operation.
