厄贝沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的：评价厄贝沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效。方法：随机40例CHF患者分2组，每组20例，对照组给予地高辛、利尿剂和硝酸酯类药物常规治疗，治疗组在上述常规基础上加用厄贝沙坦（75—150）mg／d，平均8周。观察治疗前后心率、血压、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末期内径（LVDD）、左室内径缩短率（LVFS）及心功能变化。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组显效率和总有效率较高（P〈0．05），心率、血压厦LVDD显著降低（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），LVEF、LVFS显著升高（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），心功能改善（1—2）级，药物副作用少，患者耐受性好。结论：厄贝沙坦治疗CHF有显著疗效，副作用少，值得推广。

Therapeutic Effects of Irbesartan on Congestive Heart Failure

Objective: To observe the treatment effects of irbesartan on congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods: Forty CHF patients were divided into the treatment group(20 cases) and the control group(20 cases) randomly.The patients in control group were treated with diuretics and nitrates drugs in routing;the treatment group was given the routing treament irbesartan(75mg~150mg orally,once/ day for 8 weeks).The changes of heart rate(HR),blood pressure(Bp),the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),the left ventricle end diastolic diameter(LVDD),the left ventricle fibers shortening(LVFS) and cardiac function were examined.Results: The effectual rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Level of HR,Bp,and LVDD decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),the LVEF,LVFS and cardiac function increased(P<0.05,P<0.01) in the treatment.Conclusions: The therapeutic effects of irbesartan on congestive heart failure are satisfactory and it has a few adverse effects.
