| 摘 要： | 背景:骨髓间充质干细胞移植后可作用于心肌细胞,防止心肌细胞损伤的发生或继发性的病变.目的:分析骨髓间充质干细胞对心肌细胞凋亡的基因蛋白表达影响.方法:由第一作者检索1997/2010 PubMed数据及万方数据库有关骨髓间充质干细胞、心肌细胞凋亡以及基因蛋白表达等方面的文献.结果与结论:骨髓间充质干细胞以其获取方便、分化能力强、低免疫原性、无排斥反应等特点成为研究的重点.骨髓间充质干细胞能够作用于心肌细胞,防止心肌细胞损伤的发生或继发性的病变,主要是通过调控Bcl-2、Bax、Fas、FasL、Caspase等基因蛋白的表达,抑制心肌细胞凋亡的发生,对于运动过程中出现的因心肌细胞凋亡而影响其成绩下降的现象具有一定的保护作用和应用价值. |
