联合用药治疗原发性高血压临床效果分析

目的探讨硝苯地平缓释联合卡托普利,治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法分组对照,采取单一使用卡托普利和硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。结果硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果明显优于单独使用卡托普利的治疗。结论联合用药作用更强,不良反应少,患者服用方便,依从性好,使24小时血压均获控制。

Analyzing the Clinical Effect of Combining Extended Release Nifeddipine Tabletsand Captopril to Cure the Essential Hypertension

Objective Explore the clinical effect of combining extended release nifeddipine tablets and captopril to cure the essential hypertension. Methods Contrast the clinical effect of one group use captopril alone and the other use nifeddipine combined with captopril to cure the essential hypertension. Results The excellent effect of one group which usr Nffedipine combined with captopril is more significant than the other group which use captopril alone in the treatment of essential hypertension. Conclusions Combined using the medicine bring a stronger function, fewer adverse reactions, patients are easy to dose and better compliance, so the blood pressure is controlled during the 24 hours.
