| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎简便、有效的方法及泪道探通术年龄；方法对1995年1月至1998年4月诊治的129例(153眼)婴幼儿泪囊炎进行回顾性分析；结果挤压按摩加泪道加压冲洗治愈56眼(36.6％)．泪道探通术治愈96眼(62．75％)，泪囊鼻腔吻各术治愈1眼(0．65％)；结论治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎要采取综各疗法，保守疗法无效再改用汨道探通术。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveand simple way to treat children's dacryocystitis and the age of probing of the lacrimal passage. Methods 129 cases(153 eyes) of children's dacryocystitis treated were retrospectively analyzed. Results 56 eyes(36.3%) were cured with a conservative policy.96 eyes(62.75%) were cured with probing of the lacrimal passage.1 eye (0.65%) was cured with dacryocystor hinostomy.Conclusion Complex therapyshould be used to treat children's dacryocystitis. |
