| 摘 要： | 目的探讨更合适的疝修补方法.方法采用涤纶补片对34例巨大腹股沟斜疝、直疝和腹部切口疝患者行无张力疝修补术.结果患者术后局部疼痛轻,均于术后24～48h内下床活动.切口均一期愈合.34例中20例获得随访,随访时间为6个月～7年,均无复发.结论对于疝环口巨大,特别合并腹膜缺损的巨大疝患者,应用涤纶补片行无张力疝修补是最好的选择. |

| Abstract: | Objective To approach more appropriate hemiorrhaphy procedures. Methods Huge hernia repair were performed using terylene mesh Results All patients were away from bed 24 - 48 hours post operation, and felt light pain. All incisions were primary healing. During the follow-up time of 6 months-7 years, no recurrence occurred. Conclusion Terylene mesh was especially used in these patients, which have huge or/and peritoneum-defect hernias. |
