| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨 p53、mdm2蛋白在睾丸肿瘤中的表达及其临床价值。 方法 应用免疫组化技术法检测 42例睾丸肿瘤 p53、mdm2蛋白阳性表达水平。结果 发现 p53、mdm2蛋白表达阳性率分别为 45 .2 % (1 9/ 4 2 )和 61 .9% (2 6/ 4 2 ) ,其阳性率与肿瘤病理分级和临床分期呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,p53蛋白阳性表达与mdm2蛋白阳性表达呈高度正相关 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 p53、mdm2蛋白检测有助于判断睾丸肿瘤的恶性程度及预测患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of P53,mdm2 protein and their significance in human testicular cancer. Methods 42 cases with testicular cancer were covered in this study,P53 and mdm2 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates for p53 and mdm2 proteins were 45.2% (19/42) and 61.9% (26/42) respectively, the positive rates were increased with the progression of pathological grade and clinical stage (P<0.01).The positive rates of p53 and mdm2 proteins were increased with the progression of testicular cancer (P<0.01). Conclusion The detection of P53 and mdm2 proteins are valuable in evaluating the malignant degree and predicting the prognosis of testicular cancer. |
