| 摘 要： | 目的针对PCOS促排卵中出现的多卵泡发育及排卵障碍,采用穿刺卵泡技术治疗不孕症。方法使用HMG/HCG促排卵共31个周期,阴道B超监测卵泡发育,给予多卵泡发育患者采用刺破卵泡4~8个,吸出多余卵泡,同时行AIH或指导前一天晚上同房。结果31个周期中,当月临床妊娠5例,妊娠率16.12%。术后半年内再次促排卵自然妊娠3例,总妊娠率25.80%。结论对于PCOS患者在促排卵过程中出现多卵泡发育和排卵障碍,采用卵泡穿刺技术是一个有效且安全的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To increase the pregnancy rate after ovulation and an ovulation by follicle puncture. Methods:Tirty-one cycles were enrolled for ovulation induction by HMG/HCG. Follicles development was monitored by transvaginal ultrasonography.There were multiple follicles development in all 31 cycles, which were accepted the operation of follicle puncturing.Drilling 4 to 8 big follicles and aspirating the other small follicles.All the 31 cycles were followed by intrauterine insemination or making love last night. Results:Five patients gained clinical pregnancy in the treatment cycle.The pregnancy rate was 16.12%.Three patients gained pregnancy by another ovulation induction within half year.The total clinical pregnancy rate was 25.80%.Conclusion:The operation of follicle puncturing is an effective and safe method for treating PCOS induced infertility when multiple follicles development and anovulation. |
