| 摘 要： | 目的：通过手法及针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效对比观察，探索腰椎间盘突出症的最佳治疗方法。方法：将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成手法组和针疗组，手法组60例采用手法治疗，针疗组60例采用针刺疗法治疗，观察两组治疗疗效的差异。结果：手法组总有效率为86．67％，针疗组疗效总有效率为73．33％，手法组明显优于针疗组（P〈0．01）。结论：手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有简便、临床疗效高的特点，值得临床推广运用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the best treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion （LIDP） by comparing the effect of manipulation and acupuncture in treating LIDP. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients with LIDP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Sixty cases in treatment group received manipulation therapy, while the other 60 patients in control group received acupuncture therapy. The curative effect of both groups was observed after 20 days of treatment. Results：The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 86.67% and 73.33% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Manipulation is a simple and effective therapy for LIDP which deserves wide clinical application. |
