| 摘 要： | 类风湿性关节炎（RA）是一种慢性炎症性疾病，其主要靶点是滑膜，关节软骨和骨。细胞因子（CK）是由免疫细胞和某些非免疫细胞产生的调节性蛋白质，作为细胞介质，调节免疫与炎症应答。CK直接而广泛地参与RA发病相关的众多免疫学进程。本文就细胞因子的关键性效应子功能在RA滑膜炎和关节破坏中的重要作用作一综述。 |
