骨盆骨折合并尿道损伤的观察及护理

目的使骨盆骨折尽快愈合,提高尿道手术的成功率;方法在做好骨科、泌尿科常规护理的同时,加强了对尿道的吻合术后和尿道会师术后及牵引后功能锻炼等护理;结果尿道损伤均痊愈出院,3个月复查,2介月骨盆骨折患愈舍良好,一例因合并其它病症愈合差,22倒无1例发生并发症;结论是对本骨折合并尿道损伤患尽快康复及防止并发症的重要护理措施。

Observation and Nursing of pelivs Fracture With Urethra Injury

objective For early healing of pelvis fracture and success of urethra operation. Methods Intensive physical training and care were taken after giving urethrostomy,urethrocystopexy and drawing besides general care in orthopaedic and urinary surgery.Results All patients with urethra injury had good recovery. Pelnis fractures in 21 patients healed well and one case healed badly for other disease.No patient had complication.Conclusion This method was important for the patients to recover from pelvis fracture with urethra injury and prevent the complication.
