电针配合中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察电针配合中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用电针配合中药离子导入治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为75.0%和96.7%,对照组分别为53.3%和85.0%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论电针配合中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有显著疗效。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture and Chinese herbal ion-introduction in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH). Method A hundred and twenty patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 60 in each group. The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus Chinese herbal ion-introduction, and the control only received electroacupuncture for treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were then compared. Result The recovery rate and total effective rate were respectively 75.0% and 96.7% in the treatment group, versus 53.3% and 85.0% in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture and Chinese herbal ion-introduction is significantly effective in treating LIDH.
