5A护理模式对持续性非卧床腹膜透析患者自我管理能力的影响

目的 探讨5A护理模式对持续性非卧床腹膜透析患者自我管理能力的影响。 方法选取60例行持续性非卧床腹膜透析患者,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上运用5A护理模式进行干预。比较2组患者自我管理能力、腹膜炎发生率及再住院率。 结果 实验组透析知识、透析态度、透析行为、行为依从性得分以及自我管理能力总分均高于对照组。 对照组腹膜炎发生率、患者再次住院率均高于实验组(P=0.024;P=0.026)。 结论运用5A护理模式能提高持续性非卧床腹膜透析患者的自我管理能力,降低腹膜炎的发生率及患者再次住院率。

Effects of 5A nursing model on self-management ability of patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis

Objective To explore the effect of 5A nursing model on self-management ability of patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis. Methods Totally 60 patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. Patients in both groups were treated with routine nursing, while those in the experimental group were additionally intervened according to the 5A nursing mode. The self-management, the incidence of peritonitis and the rate of rehospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of dialysis knowledge, attitude, behavior, compliance and self-management in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group. The incidence of peritonitis and the rate of rehospitalization of the control group were significantly higher than that in the experimental group (P=0.024,P=0.026). Conclusions 5A nursing can improve the self-management ability, reduce the incidence of peritonitis and rehospitalization rate of patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis.
