造口师护理指导对永久肠造口患者自护能力及社会支持的影响

目的 探讨造口师护理指导对腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术(Miles术)后永久肠造口患者自我护理能力及社会支持的影响。 方法 对实施Miles术后永久肠造口的62例患者给予造口师指导护理,在指导前及指导后3个月让患者填写自我护理能力实施量表(exercise of self-care agency scale, ESCAS)以及领悟社会支持量表(perceived social support scale, PSSS)。 结果 造口师指导后3个月,患者的自护能力及社会支持均提高,且自护能力评分的提高与社会支持评分的提高呈显著正相关(r=0.868 7, P<0.05)。 结论 造口师护理指导可明显提高Miles术后永久肠造口患者的自护能力及社会支持,且两者的提高具有相关性。

Effects of enterostomal therapists' nursing on the postoperative self-care ability and social support of patients with permanent colostomy

Objective To explore the effect of enterostomal therapists (ET) nursing on their self-care ability and social support of patients with a colostomy after the Miles operation. Methods Sixty-two patients with a colostomy were given 3-month ET nursing after their Miles operation. Before and after the intervention, both groups were evaluated using the exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCAS) and perceived social support scale (PSSS). Results The ESCAS and PSSS scores increased significantly after three months′ ET nursing and were significantly correlated with each other(r=0.868 7,P<0.05). Conclusion The ET nursing improves the self-care ability and social support of rectal cancer patients with permanent colostomy significantly, and the improvement in the social support is associated with the enhance of the self-care ability.
