门诊集束化护理对膀胱造瘘患者术后并发症及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨门诊集束化护理对膀胱造瘘患者术后并发症及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2013年1月-2015年12月就诊并行膀胱造瘘的患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组术后行常规护理,观察组术后采用门诊集束化护理。比较2组患者行膀胱造瘘术后2个月并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果 观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.001),生活质量评分(89.75±6.11)分高于对照组的(75.98±6.08)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.669,P=0.042)。结论 门诊集束化护理能有效降低膀胱造瘘患者感染率以及并发症发生率,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。

Effects of cluster nursing on postoperative complications and life quality of bladder ostmomy patients in outpatient department

Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing on postoperative complications and life quality of bladder ostmomy patients.Methods Seventy patients receiving bladder ostmomy in our hospital between January 2013 and December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 35. The control group was given conventional postoperative nursing, while the observation group was provided with cluster nursing. The complications and the quality of life were compared between the two groups at 2 months after the operation. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.001). The average life quality score of the observation group was (89.75±6.11), significantly higher than the control group (75.98±6.08). Conclusion Cluster nursing in the outpatient department can significantly reduce postoperative complications, and improve the life quality of patients with bladder ostmomy.
