优质护理在腹腔镜术后腹胀患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨优质护理在腹腔镜术后腹胀患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2014年6月-2015年6月在妇科实施腹腔镜手术的患者80例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用腹腔镜术后常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施优质护理。比较2组患者术后腹胀的发生率、首次肛门排气时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、住院时间及并发症的发生情况。 结果观察组术后腹胀发生率12.5%低于对照组的37.5%(χ²=6.667,P=0.010),首次肛门排气时间、肠蠕动恢复时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(t=0.931,P<0.001; t=17.649,P<0.001; t=9.922,P<0.001);发生急性胃瘫、其他胃肠道症状的例数少于对照组(P=0.027;P<0.001)。 结论 对腹腔镜术后腹胀的患者实施优质护理,能够明显降低患者腹胀发生率,促进患者肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间。

Application of high quality nursing intervention in patients with abdominal distension after laparoscopic operation

Objective To explore the effect of applying high-quality nursing intervention in patients with abdominal distension after laparoscopic operation. Methods Eighty patients receiving laparoscopic surgery in our hospital between June 2014 and June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 40. After their operation, both groups were given routine nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with quality nursing. The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension and complications, the first anal exhaust time after the operation, the time for the intestine peristalsis to recover and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of abdominal distension was 12.5% in the observation group, significantly lower than that of the control group (37.5%). The average first anal exhaust time after the operation, the time for the intestine peristalsis to recover and hospital stay of the former group were significantly shorter than the latter group. Acute gastroparesis and other gastrointestinal symptoms were found in significantly less patients of the observation than the control group. Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of abdominal distension, promote the recovery of the intestinal function and shorten the hospital stay of patients after the laparoscopic surgery.
