复方氢氧化钙糊剂诱导年轻恒牙根尖形成

摘    要:
目的 探讨复方氢氧化钙糊剂在根尖诱导术中的临床效果.方法 选择根尖尚未形成的年轻恒牙牙髓炎或根尖周炎患者102例,共125个患牙,随机分为两组(实验组65个患牙,对照组60个患牙).实验组用复方氢氧化钙糊剂充填;对照组用氢氧化钙糊剂充填.对患者进行随访,观察疗效.结果 复方氢氧化钙糊剂诱导根尖形成的有效率为95.38%,氢氧化钙糊剂诱导根尖形成的有效率为78.33%,两者比较,有显著性差异(γ2=8.14,P<0.05).结论 复方氢氧化钙糊剂具有更好的诱导根尖形成作用.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the induction effects of calcium hydroxide complex paste in apexification. Methods 125 young permanent teeth that root apex not yet formed with acute pulpitis or apical periodontitis without previous treatment were divided into two groups randomly,65 teeth in experiment group,the shaping of root apex induced with calcium hydroxide complex paste and another 60 teeth in comparison group induced with calcium hydroxide paste.Results The total effective rate on root apex in experiment group and comparison group were 95.38% and 78.33% there is significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The induction effects of the calcium hydroxide complex paste in better than the calcium hydroxide paste in apexification.
