胆道蛔虫病的超声诊断分析

目的：探讨胃镜下药物喷洒联合常规押酸抗炎药物治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将156例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组，对照组78例予以常规药物口服治疗：洛赛克20mg／d；克拉霉素0．5g／次，2次／d；甲硝唑0．4g／次，3次／d；对照组78例在治疗组基础上加用胃镜下喷洒溃疡一号和二号纽方进行治疗，每周1次，连续治疗2次。两组均治疗8周，之后进行为期3年的随访。对比两组疗效及复发情况。结果：在活疗总有效率方面治疗纽为89．74％，对照纽为74．36％，两组比较差异性显著（P〈0．01）；在复发率方面，治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：时消化性溃疡患者运用胃镜下药物喷洒联合常规抑酸抗炎药物治疗，可显著提高临床疗效，并降低复发率。

Endoscopic treatment of clinical observation of 78 cases of peptic ulcer

Objective：Explore the combination of Endoscopic spraying of conventional acid suppression of drug treatment of peptic ulcer anti--inflammatory drugs. Methods：The 156 cases of peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, 78 cases of oral med- ication to conventional therapy： omeprazole 20mg / d ; clarithromycin 0.5g / time, 2 times / d ; metronidazole 0.4g / times, 3 times / d; the control group 78 patients in the treatment group based on the use of Endoscopic spray side ulcer group I and II were treated 1 week of continuous treatment for 2 times. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks, after a 3- year follow--up. Comparative efficacy and recurrence groups. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 89.74 %, 74.36% in control group, the difference was significantly（P d0.01） ;in the relapse rate in the treatment group than the control group. Conclusions：The use of gastroscopy in patients with peptic ulcer drugs spraying anti--inflammatory drug combined conventional acid suppression therapy, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the relapse rate.
