羟基脲联合干扰素a-2b治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的疗效观4察

目的：探讨羟基脲联合干扰素a-2b治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的临床治疗效果。方法：选择2007年12月～2010年12月期间收治的慢性粒细胞白血病患者40例，随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。结果：观察组患者治疗后6个月HCR和总HCR明显提高，与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。观察组20例患者的临床症状、体征及血常规、骨髓象恢复正常所用时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组主要细胞遗传学反应率显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。观察组患者急变率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：羟基脲联合干扰素a-2b治疗慢性粒细胞白血病能进一步提高疗效，减轻联合用药的剂量及不良反应提高了患者的生存质量。

Hydroxyurea combined with interferon a-2b treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia efficacy

ObjectiveTo investigate hydroxyurea combined with interfe.ron a-2b treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia treatment. Methods：in December 2007 to 2010 12-month period of chronic myeloid leukemia treated 40 patients randomly divided into two groups and the control group of 20 cases. Results：The patients 6 months after treatment and the total HCR HCR significantly increased compared with the control group were signifieantly different （P 〈0. 05）. 20 cases observed in patients with clinical symptoms,signs and blood, bone marrow returned to normal by the time spent was significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Observed rate of major cytogenetic response group was significantly higher （P 〈0.01）. Rapid changes observed in patients was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hydroxyurea combined with interferon a-2b treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia can further improve the efficacy of combination therapy to reduce the dose and side effects increase the patient＇s quality of life.
