HIV-1外膜蛋白gp120在酿酒酵母中的表达

目的：观察复方丹参滴丸联合单硝酸并山梨酯对冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：选取符合条件的冠心病心绞痛患者164例，分为观察组和对照组，分别为84例和80例，两组均给予单硝酸异山梨酯，观察组加服复方丹参滴丸，疗程均为2个月。结果：观察组和对照组心绞痛症状改善的总有效率分别为94．0％和78．8％，心电图疗效改善的总有效率分别为84．5％和62．5％，观察组明显高于对照组，差异有显著性。结论：复方丹参滴丸与单硝酸异山梨酯两药联合应用，能有效治疗冠心病心绞痛。

Clinical analysis of Compound Dansen Drop Pill plus Isosorbide Mononitrate in the treatment of 84 cases of Coronary Artery Disease Angina

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Compqund Dansen Drop Pill plus Isosorbide Mononitrate in the treatment of Coronary Artery Disease Angina. Methods： Eligible patients with Angina pectoris 164 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 84 cases and 80 cases respectively, both groups took Isosorbide Mononitrate; the observation group added Compound Dansen Drop Pill;these two groups were all treated for two months. Results：The total effective rates of the improvement of Angina symptoms were 94.0K and 78.8% respectively in the observation group and control group. The total effective rates of the improvement of the efficacy of the electrocardiogram were 84.5% and 62.5% respectively in these two group. All of these in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, there was a significant difference. Conclusions：The effect of the treatment of Coronary Artery Disease Angina by using the Compound Dansen Drop Pill plus Isosoubide Mononitrate.
