| 摘 要： | 目的：观察牵引状态下推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：采用腰椎牵引状态下推拿的方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症78例，治疗2个疗程。结果：78例中，治愈59例，好转17例，未愈2例，总有效率97．4％。结论：牵引状态下推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：Clinical observation on the efficacy of traction and massage in treating lumbar disc herniated. Methods：Treat lumbar disc herniated by lumbar traction with massage,including 78 cases and 2 courses of treatment. Results： in 78 cases,59 cases cured,17 cases improved,and 2 cases uncured. The total efficacious rate is 97.4 %. Conclusion：Efficacy of Traction and Massage in Treating lumbar disc herniated is obvious. |
