微波作业人员的球结膜微循环变化

对３０名从事微波作业人员的球结膜微循环进行检测。结果微波作业组球结膜微循环有改变，主要表现在管袢数目增加、异形管袢、红细胞聚集、袢周渗出等发生率及总积分值均明显高于对照组。说明不同职业因素对球结膜微循环有不同程度的危害，故认为球结膜微循环对职业病的预防、治疗和对各种职业的工作人员的动态监护具有十分重要的临床意义。

Changes of Bulbar Conjunctiva Microcirculation on Microwave Operator

The bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation on 30 cases operator with microwave was observed. The result showed that their bulbar conjunctiva microcirculations had been changed. Such as increased and abnormal capillary loops, erythrocyte aggregations and perivascular bleeding, etc.Their occurance rate and the total integral value were obviously higher than the comparative group. They are quite different from each other in comparison. It is clear that different occupotion is harmful to bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation in varying degree. So that preventing trcating and observing these cases with occupational diseases will be quite important clinical significant.
