虎杖4号与多巴胺、654－2治疗大鼠失血性休克疗效比较

使用大鼠复制重度失血性休克模型后，分别用盐水、多巴胺、６５４－２及虎杖４号结晶给予治疗。结果：虎杖４号治疗组大鼠的平均存活时间明显长于其余三组，存活率亦有提高，给药后，三级动脉、静脉的口径恢复正常。提示：虎杖４号可以改善微循环；治疗大鼠失血性休克的疗效优于多巴胺及６５４－２。

Effects of Crytal No4 of Polygonum Cuspidatum,Dopamine and 645-2 on Hemorrhagic Shock in Rats

The study was to compare the therapeutic effects of crystal No4 of polygonum(PC,n= 6) with that of dopamine(DP,n=6) and 654-2(n=6) in rats during irriversible hemorrhagic shock.One hour aftre the development of shock,the rats were treated with PC, DA and 654-2(1mg/kg) respectively.The microcirculatory alteration of spinatrapezes muscle was observed by colour microscopic TV set.The administration of PC served to dilate the narrowed arterioles in shock better than that of DA and 654-2.The average survival time in PC treated group was prolonged to 54.7h,as compared with 12.7h,20.3h in DA and 654-2 treated groups, while the 24h survival rate was also increased in PC treated groups(4/6),as compared with the DA and 654-2 treated groups(1/6 and 2/6).The results suggest that the therapeutic effect of PC on hemorrhagic shock in rats is better than that of DA and 654-2.
