| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大鼠眼眶后静脉丛真空采血管连续采血法的可行性.方法 将60只GK大鼠随机分为三组(每组20只),分别使用三种不同采血法,比较它们的成功率.眼眶后静脉丛的采血法:垂直插入内眦并向眼底方向转动以便切开静脉丛.腹主动脉采血法:在腹主动脉分叉处向心端1-3 mm处为最佳穿刺点.尾尖采血方法:手术剪剪去尾尖5-10mm,三种方法各采血80次.结果 成功率分别为:眼眶后静脉丛采血100%;腹主动脉采血95%;尾部采血100%.结论 眼眶后静脉丛真空采血管采血法具有取血量大,不易溶血,不损伤器官且可反复多次采集等特点,有利于提高实验的准确性. |
