不同苯作业工龄慢性苯中毒患者T淋巴细胞亚群损伤情况调查

[目的]探讨慢性苯中毒患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化及接苯作业工龄对其的影响。[方法]2008年,在济南医院门诊、病房选取68例慢性苯中毒(轻度中毒25例、中度中毒15例、重度中毒28例)患者和20名正常对照者,应用流式细胞仪检测的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。[结果]轻、中、重度慢性苯中毒患者的红细胞计数、白细胞计数、血红蛋白值、血小板计数、中性粒细胞均低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。轻度、中度、重度慢性苯中毒者,CD4+值和CD4+/CD8+值,均为接苯工龄5～30年的低于<5年的(P<0.01)。[结论]苯作业工龄越长的慢性苯中毒患者细胞免疫功能的损伤程度越严重。

Survey on Abnormal T Lymphocyte Subsets Induced by Occupational Benzene Poisoning in Different Exposed Time

[Objective]To explore the relationship between T lymphocyte subsets(TLC) and exposed time of patients with chronic benzene poisoning.[Methods]Sixty-eight chronic benzene poisoning patients and twenty healthy controls were enrolled at clinic service and ward of Jinan Hospital in 2008.TLC of peripheral blood cells from occupationally chronic benzene poisoning patients(mild 25,mediate 15,severe 28)and matched controls were examined by flow cytometry(FCM)].[Results]There were significant decreases observed in almost all blood cell counts,such as red blood cell(RBC),white blood cell(WBC),hemoglobin,platelets and neutrophil,in patients of mild,mediate and severe poisoning groups compared with those patients in control group(P<0.01).Additionally,CD4+-T cells and CD4+/CD8+ ratio were all lower in those patients exposed time to benzene range between 5 and 30 years than the patients exposed time to benzene less than 5 years between two groups(P<0.01).[Conclusion]There is positive correlation between the exposed time to benzene and the serious damage degree of chronic benzene poisoning with prolong exposed time to benzene.
