伪膜性肠炎的观察及护理

伪膜性肠炎又名抗生素肠炎,是由艰难梭菌所致。我科两年来有4例胃肠道手术后的病人并发此症。经过停用抗生素,口服酸奶等治疗,病情能够得到很好的控制。为减少并发症的发生要加强对术后病人的护理,认真观察大便的次数和性质以及时发现病情变化,确保术后病人的顺利康复。

Observation and Nursing of Pseudomembranous Enteritis

Pseudomembranous enteritis, which is also called antibiotic enteritis, caused by C. dif-ficile. There were four cases after operation on the gastroenteric tract in our department in the past two years. The patients' condition can be controlled nicely by stopping antibiofic and taking sour milk. In order to reduce this complication, it is necessary to strengthen the patients nursing after operation. Carefully observe the number and character of the patient' s excreta to discover the changed conditition of the state of illness in time, ensure the restoration of the patient health after operation.
