初发精神分裂症患者早期康复训练的效果

为了防止初发精神分裂症患者遗留社会功能缺陷,我们将60例初发精神分裂症患者作为实验组,从入院一周后开始进行康复训练,并与60例进行对照观察。出院之前两组均用住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表评定,结果有显著意义(P<0.001或0.01)。提示:初发精神分裂症患者可以进行早期康复训练。

Effect of Early Stage Recovery Training on Patients Suffering A First Attack of Schizophrenia

To prevent the patients suffering a first attack of schizophrenia from having social function defects, we took 60 patients suffering their first attacks of schizophrenia as the experimental group, comparing them with another 60 cases. Recovery training was started a week after hospital entry. Both of the groups were evaluated according to the hospitalization prophylaxis patients' recovery effect evaluating table. The result showed an evident difference. (P<0.001 or 0.01), Conclusion: patients suffering a first attack of schizophrenia can benefit from early stage recovery training.
