| 摘 要： | 近年来器官移植技术在临床领域的应用不断增多,而我国一直没有配套的法律规范来对器官移植领域的法律关系进行调整,器官移植技术的管理不完善,导致器官资源提供者、器官移植接受者以及医疗机构三方面的利益没有得到有效维护。《人体器官移植技术临床应用管理暂行规定》的出台结束了我国长时间这一领域的法律空白,开始从根本上开展对器官移植领域法律关系的正式调整。通过分析可为完善器官移植法律体系提供建议。

| Abstract: | Organ transplant technology is used moe and more in clinic in recent years.The ordination of"human organ transplant technology clinical practice management temporary provisions" ended long legd blanks of this field,and began to adjust formally the legal relationships of organ transplant field.Through study to the law,hope to make a bit contribution to the improving of legal system of organ transplant in our country. |
