| 摘 要： | 目的编制出适合于我国牙科临床的补牙焦虑畏惧调查表,为改善补牙患者心理健康服务.方法以Cynthia.等的研究为基础,参照华盛顿大学牙科焦虑畏惧模型,按照心理量表编制的要求编制出补牙焦虑畏惧调查表.结果量表包含一般性焦虑、特定性畏惧、不信任等3个亚量表,有良好的结构效度和效标效度,同质性信度也较理想.结论补牙焦虑畏惧调查表可以较好地反映补牙患者的焦虑畏惧的心理状态,有良好的临床实用性.

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a scale for the dental patients in assessment of anxiety and fear.Method Based on Cynthia's research and the dentistry fear and anxiety theory model of University of Washington, a dental anxiety and fear scale was developed with the results of Dental Hygiene Fear Survey (DHFS) in Chinese. Results The inventory included three subscales; general anxiety, particular fear, and distrusts. It had favorable construct validity and criterion-related validity,the homogeneous reliability was satisfactory. Conclusions The dental anxiety and dental fear scale was a desirable tool for assessment of dental patients. |
