针对高校校园网运维管理中存在的问题,提出了基于PDCA与正反馈闭环管理理论的由管理主体、管理受体、管理措施构成的运维管理体系,同时分析了体系基本模型、构成要素及相互关系,并结合第四军医大学的实践,阐述了体系核心要素的建设策略与应用效果。
