| Abstract: | Improving medical quality and ensuring medical security is always the eternal theme of hospital development,the cornerstone of all the hospital work,which influences the hospital future and destiny.The article mainly introduces four aspects to achieve the objective,which includes the construction of organizations,the ideological education,the standard of medical system and scientific coping with medical disputes,so as to realize the overall raise of hospital. |
