国产促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血疗效观察

目的：观察国产重组人促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)治疗肾性贫血的疗效。方法：选择24例血透慢性肾衰贫血病人,全部使用rHuEPO,每周150IU／kg,分3次皮下注射。观察用药12周后血生化的变化。结果：经治疗15例显效,7例进步,1例无效,总有效率为95．8％。病人血红蛋白、红细胞计数、红细胞压积和网织红细胞均显著增加,生活质量得到改善。结论：国产的促红细胞生成素能安全、有效地改善血透慢性肾衰病人贫血状态。

Observation of efficiency of indigenous erythropoietin in the treatment of renal anemia

Aim:To evaluate the effects of indigenous recombinant human erythropoietin(rHuEPO) on patients with anemia induced by chronic renal failure.Methods:Twenty four patients undergoing hemodialysis were enrolled in this study.The initial weekly dose of epoetin-omega was 150 units per kg of body weight(bw)divided in 3 equal portions and administered subcutaneously.The blood biochemical parameters were measured after 12 weeks treatment.Results:After treatment,16 patients had positive effects,7 patients with moderate effects,1 patient with no effect,total effective rate was 95.8%.The content of hemoglobin,number of erythrocytes,packed cell volume,and the number of reticulocytes were increased markedly.The living quality was improved.Conclusion:Recombinant human erythropoietin is an efficient and safe therapeutic agent for the treatment of renal anemia.
