摘    要:目的探讨临床早期控制被动活动预防屈指肌腱粘连的疗效。方法对 102例 196指屈指肌腱损伤行改良 Kessler修复,术后行早期控制被动活动预防肌腱粘连.经6~28月随访,采用国际手外科联合会肌腱损伤委员会的评价方法进行疗效的评定。结果肌腱顺利愈合,没有发现肌腱断裂现象,屈指肌腱功能恢复优级72.96%,良级16.84%。结论早期控制被动活动可以预防屈指肌腱修复术后粘连。

Abstract:Objective Exploring the curative effect of preventing the adhesion of the flexor tendons by way of early controlled passive motion. Method 196 flexor tendons were repaired by the modified Kessler method, and early controlled passive motion were introduced after operation. The therapeutic evaluation wasperformed according to the standard drawn by the Tendon Injury Committee of the Intemational Hand Surgery Joint Commission after 6 months to 28 months' followed-up. Result The tendons were healed successfully and no tendon rupture was found. The fine rate of complete function recovery was 72.96 percent, and the good rate was 1 6.84 percent. Conclusion Early controlled passive motion may prevent adhesion of the repaired flexor tendons
