摘    要:
目的优选齐墩果酸(OA)脂质体的较佳制备工艺。方法以胆固醇、大豆卵磷脂为载体,采用乙醇注入法制备OA脂质体。以包封率作为评价指标,采用正交试验法对OA脂质体制备工艺进行优化。结果优选出OA脂质体的制备工艺条件为:OA与磷脂质量比为1∶10,胆固醇与磷脂质量比为7∶1,吐温80与磷脂质量比为1∶1,温度为45℃,上述条件制备的OA脂质体包封率大于99.0%。通过透射电镜观察到脂质体形态较好,稳定性实验表明制备的脂质体对光热物理稳定性强。结论采用优化的脂质体制备工艺得到的脂质体包封率较高,形态较好,方法可行。

Abstract:
Purpose To optimize the best preparation method of oleanolic acid(OA) liposomes.Methods The liposomes were prepared by the ethanol injection method by using cholesterin and soybean lecithin as carriers.The envelope efficiency of OA liposomes was taken as the observing index to optimize the preparation by orthogonal design.Results The best formulation consisted of envelope efficiency(above 90%),OA∶phospholipid(1∶10),cholesterin∶phospholipid(7∶1),and Tween-80∶phospholipid(1∶1),at temperature of 45 ℃.Conclusion The method was suitable for producing liposome with OA.
