| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨改良腹腔镜子宫切除术的安全性及疗效。方法:回顾分析我院为44例患者行改良腹腔镜子宫切除术的临床资料。结果:手术成功42例,成功率95.5%;平均手术时间(120±48.32)min,平均出血(60.32±74.49)ml,与开腹手术差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后平均排气时间(32.07±4.13)h,术后并发症发生率6.8%,与开腹手术差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良腹腔镜子宫切除术患者创伤小,术后并发症少,康复快。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the safety and effectiveness of modified laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 44 cases underwent modified laparoscopic hysterectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Forty-two cases were successfully performed with a 95.5% successful rate.The operative time was(120±48.32)min,the mean bleed loss was(60.32±74.49)ml,the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).The average time of postoperative exhaust was(32.07±4.13)h,and the post-operative complication rate was 6.8%,the difference between two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Modified laparoscopic hysterectomy is a feasible surgery with minimal invasion,less complication and rapid recovery. |
