| 摘 要： | 目的 研究微创颅内血肿清除术 (微创术 )治疗中重型脑出血的疗效。方法 微创术是应用CT定位 ,颅内血肿穿刺 ,射流冲碎血肿 ,血肿腔内注入液化剂和引流来清除脑血肿。结果 我们应用微创术治疗中重型脑出血 3 0例 ,有效率 83 3 % ( 2 5 /3 0 ) ,死亡率 16 7% ,残废率明显降低。结论 微创术治疗脑出血疗效明显 ,手术创伤小 ,操作方便、安全 ,为脑出血治疗开辟了新途径。

Analysis of 30 cases micro-traumatic evacuation of hematomas caused by cerebral hemorrhage |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of micro traumatic evacuation of middle sized and large sized hematomas caused by cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The micro traumatic operation was performed by means of CT location and puncture of cerebral hematomas,rinsing out hematomas,injecting solvent drugs into hematomas,draining hematomas in order to evacuate the cerebral hematomas.Results We treated 30 cases of middle sized and large sized cerebral hemorrhage by micro traumatic evacuation of cerebral hematoma.The effective rate is 83 3%(25/30),the mortality is 16 7%(5/30),and the disability rate is lower remarkably.Conclusion Cerebral hemorrhage by micro traumatic operation has a good effect.Being small injury,easy and safe in operation,it opens a new way of treating cerebral hemorrhage. |
