| 摘 要： | 目的建立抗早孕药物引起的大鼠子宫出血动物模型。方法米非司酮配伍米索前列醇灌胃早孕大鼠。结果米非司酮配伍米索前列醇灌胃可致早孕大鼠不全流产,子宫出血量增多和出血时间延长。结论本模型可作为药物终止早孕引起子宫出血防治研究的药效评价的实用模型。

| Abstract: | AIM It was studied that uterine bleeding model induced by contraceptive drugs for earlypregnancy in rats. METHORDS Mifepristone and Misoprostol were given to earlypregnancy rats orally. RESULTS Mifepristone and Misoprostol given orally, induced uncompletive abortion, inceased the quality of uterine bleeding and prolonged the time of uterine bleeding in earlypregnancy rats. THZCONCLUSION The uterine bleeding model can be used in pharmacological studies of new drugs for preventing and curing utering bleeding induced by contraceptive drugs for earlypregnancy. |
