Ｃ Ｒ Ｐ 是一种急性期蛋白，临床上检测 Ｃ Ｒ Ｐ 主要用于诊断疾病，评价疗效。它有激活补体、调节免疫等多种作用。近年来，人们用纯化的 Ｃ Ｒ Ｐ 及其衍生肽给动物注射，或直接用转基因动物表达 Ｃ Ｒ Ｐ 的证实， Ｃ Ｒ Ｐ 可以保护 Ｆ Ｍ Ｌ Ｐ、 Ｃ５ ａ 等趋化物导致的急性肺损伤，可以治疗内毒素休克、自身免疫性疾病，可以抗肿瘤、降低肿瘤转移、抗寄生虫等

Research progress of pharmacological effects of C reactive protein

C reactive protein(CRP) is an acute phase protein. As an indicator of acute phase response,measurement of CRP are widely used for rapid and early diagnosis of verious inflammatory diseases or other conditions with tissue injury, as well as to evaluate thesuccess of treatment. It is capable of activating complement,modulating immune reaction. Recent evidence suggests that animals treated with purified CRP, or peptides derived from CRP, or transgenic animals expressing CRP are resistant to acute pneumonary injury induced by fMLP, C 5a , to endotoxemia,to autoimmunitory diseases, to tumor, as well as to parasites infection. This article will review recent research about pharmacological effects of CRP.
