| 摘 要： | 目的:观察恶性肿瘤的心脏自主神经功能的临床意义。方法:2002年6月至2005年1月,对36例恶性肿瘤组和36例正常组进行心率变异性时域分析。结果:恶性肿瘤组与正常组比较,SDNN(67.53±20.69)ms,(132.72±25.15)ms,SDANN(57.61±19.52)ms,(111.50±27.19)ms,r MSSD(17.72±9.72)ms,(35.17±8.17)ms,PNN50(5.00±5.45)%,(14.70±5.65)%,前者的心率变异性明显低于正常值(P<0.01)。结论:恶性肿瘤患者病变程度越重,其自主神经功能受损、心率变异性降低越明显。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate autonomic nerve function patients with neoplasms.Methods For June 2002 to January 2005,72 patients were randomly divided to neoplasm group 36 cases and normal group 36 cases.Time domain methods of heart rate variability tests were performed.Results SDNN(67.53±20.69)ms,(132.72±25.15)ms,SDANN(57.61±19.52)ms,(111.50±27.19)ms,rMSSD(17.72±9.72)ms,(35.17±8.17)ms,PNN_ 50 (5.00±5.45)%,(14.70±5.65)%.were significantly lower in patients with neoplasms than those in normal subjects(P<0.01).Conclusion The severe neoplasms lesion is,the worse heart rate variability is. |
