| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院清洁手术患者抗菌药物应用情况，加强抗菌药物使用的管理。方法：抽取我院2009年清洁手术病例162例，调查应用抗菌药物的情况。结果：抗菌药物使用率为100％，在切皮前0．5～2h内和术后使用抗菌药物的比例分别为38．89％和100％；平均使用抗菌药物时间8．77d，其中用药时间〉2d者占99．38％，用药时间〉7d者达42．59％。结论：我院清洁手术抗菌药物的使用中存在着不合理之处，需要加强管理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the usage of antibiotics for aseptic operation in our hospital and strengthen the management of antibiotics use.Method Collected 162 cases in our hospital in 2009,which were all in aseptic operation,antimicrobial drugs were investigated too.Results 100% usage of antibiotics in all cases,the use rate of antimicrobial agents in the half an hour to two hours before skin incision and postoperative were 38.39% and 100%,respectively.The average usage of antibiotics were 8.77 days.Treatment long... |
