| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨医学新生心理健康状况及其影响因素,为学生心理健康教育工作者提供理论依据和实践指导.方法 使用<个人信息调查表>和对乌鲁木齐市某高等医科院校民、汉新生的相关情况进行抽样调查,分析民、汉新生心理健康状况的差异及影响因素.结果 "强迫"、"人际关系敏感"、"偏执"、"忧郁" 为困扰民、汉医学新生心理健康水平的四大问题.不同民族医学新生的心理健康状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),表现为汉族学生心理健康水平显著高于少数民族学生.影响医学新生心理健康状况的因素有入学动机、报考满意度和家庭氛围等.结论 教师应重视医学新生的心理健康状况及其影响因素,采取有针对性的措施,促进学生身心健康.
