| 摘 要： | 目的：总结分析硅胶假体隆乳术后的，临床疗效，积极处理隆乳术后出现的常见并发症．方法：对2007年1月～2010年12月实施的130例硅胶假体隆乳及外院隆乳出现并发症的患者进行及时的处理。结果：我科隆乳的130例患者，术后效果满意者为129例（99％），无一例包膜挛缩及感染者。未出现血肿及假体破裂或渗漏者，位置欠佳者1例；修复外院隆乳术后包膜挛缩者为5例，感染者2例，血肿者1例，位置欠佳者1例，9例出现并发症的外院患者经过积极的处理，并发症全部治愈。结论：硅胶假体隆乳手术安全、有效，满意率高，但可能出现多种并发症，如果积极进行术前的预防，可避免或减少并发症的发生，同时积极有效的治疗可使出现并发症的患者最终得到治愈。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of augmentation mammoplastv with silicone prosthesis and to prevent complications.Methods Retrospective analysis of 130 cases from January 2007 to December 2010 in our hospital who underwent augmentation mammoplasty with silicone prosthesis was performed.Results The total satisfactory rate was 99%(N=129),1 cases(1%)was unsatisfied because of incorrect position.Capsular contracture,hematoma,implant rupture and infection were not find.9 patients from other hospital in... |
