急性脑梗死患者治疗前后血浆HCY、vWF和血清P-选择素水平检测的临床意义

目的：探讨急性脑梗死患者治疗前后血浆HCY、vWF和血清P-选择素水平的变化及临床意义。方法：应用ELISA法对32例急性脑梗死患者进行血浆HCY、vWF和血清P-选择素水平检测,并与35例正常人进行比较。结果：患者组治疗前血浆HCY、vWF和血清P-选择素水平均显著高于正常人组（P〈0.01）,经溶栓等措施治疗1个月后与正常人比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：检测急性脑梗死患者治疗前后血浆HCY、vWF和血清P-选择素水平的变化对了解病情及观察疗效均具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical significance of detection of plasma HCY, vWF and serum Pselectin levels before and after treatment in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective：To explore the clinical significance of detection of plasma homocysteine （HCY）,von willebrand factor （vWF） and serum P-selectin levels before and after treatment in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods：Plasma HCY,vWF and serum P-selectin levels were determined by ELISA assay in 32 patients with cerebral infarction and 35 normal people. Results：Before treatment,the plasma HCY,vWF and serum P-selectin levels of patient group were signifi cantly higher than those of normal people group （P〈0.01）. One month after treatment,plasma HCY,vWF and serum P-selectin levels were also higher than those of normal people group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Detection of plasma HCY,vWF and serum P-selectin before and after treatment is important for understanding the pathogenetic condition and observing efficacy of patients with cerebral infarction.
