甘肃省2001年出生儿童及其免疫状况的调查

目的为准确掌握甘肃省基础免疫服务对象,真实反映免疫接种率。方法于2002年8~9月在全省范围内进行了2001年出生儿童免疫接种核实调查。结果调查核实后,全省2001年出生儿童数为312 369人,比原计划免疫系统掌握的出生儿童数增加13.43%,比统计局公布的出生数低5.89%。搜索出以往未报告统计的儿童数36 981人,其中本地户口但漏卡、漏种儿童占28.13%,流动儿童占23.94%,计划外生育儿童占18.51%。对搜索出儿童进行补卡和补种疫苗,共补卡25 283人。调查核实后建卡人数比原建卡人数多9.45%。共接种23 425人,接种数占搜索出儿童数的63.34%。结论为克服漏种、漏报现象,要加强督导,不断进行培训,提高基层人员尤其是乡村医生的工作积极性和责任心,掌握真实的数据资料;要加强对流动儿童和计划外生育儿童的管理。

Analysis on the Investigation and Verifying of Children Born in 2001 and Its Immunization Status in Gansu Province

Objective In order to master the EPI serving objects accurately and reflecting the immunization coverage rate in Gansu.Methods An investigation and verifying of children born in 2001 were carried out in August and September of 2002.Results The results showed that the number of children born in 2001 was 312 369,which increased 13.43% than the number of EPI,but decreased 5.89% compared the statistics of bureau announcement.We searched 36 981 unreported children before and the native population missed registration and inoculation was 28.13%,floating children was 23.94%,children not in family plan was 18.51%.The total number of register children was 25 283 and the children investigated and registered was more 9.45% than before,and the inoculated children was 23 425,coverage 63.34% in all of the investigation children.Conclusion Accordingly,it is necessary to strengthen the training village doctors and to enhance the work enthusiasm and responsibility of village doctors.The result also indicated that it is important to reinforce the administration of the floating children and children not in family plan.
